Zest Technologies DIFC Limited ("Zest DIFC"), is incorporated and registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre and operates this website (the "Site"), a transaction solutions technology platform and service (together, the “Platform”).
Zest Equity Holdings SPC ("Zest Cayman") is an exempted company incorporated and registered as a segregated portfolio company under the laws of the Cayman Islands, providing certain services through the Platform on a private and non-commercial use basis.
ZE Transaction Solutions Ltd (‘’Zest ADGM’’) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) under Financial Services Permission No: 250031 to conduct the Regulated Activities of Providing Money Services and Arranging Deals in Investments through the Platform.
Zest DIFC, Zest Cayman and Zest ADGM are separate entities operating independently. Users of the Site will be required to thoroughly review and agree to the Terms of Service for Zest DIFC, Zest Cayman and Zest ADGM in order to gain access to the Platform. Zest DIFC and Zest Cayman do not provide any financial services (including advising or arranging), and you are solely responsible for determining what would be deemed a regulated activity in your country.
